Gates open 4:30pm Is there a shuttle bus service to the event? There is a shuttle bus in operation which cover most of the borough and details will be published on Himley’s Fireworks web page and social media nearer to the time. Why choose Himley Hall Fireworks event? This is a family friendly event and has been running for over 40 years. This is the perfect safe way to enjoy Guy Fawkes night managed by experienced event organisers and fireworks launched by a professional pyrotechnic specialists. Can I bring sparklers to the event? No. As stated above this is a family friendly event, so for safety reasons sparklers are not allowed. Are there cash machines on site? No cash machines are on site at Himley Hall. We recommend bringing cash and cards with you as the funfair and other vendors on site will have a combination of cash and card payments. Does my ticket include all activities? Your ticket covers the entry to the event and includes the 30 minutes fireworks display. There is a night market, food vendors and giant funfair and will have their own charges via a combination of cash and card payments. Are there any concessions on tickets? We offer one ticket for your Essential Companion free of charge to guests who require ESSENTIAL assistance – please visit www.himleyhallandpark.co.uk for additional information. Supporting documentation will be required to determine eligibility. The individual in receipt of support will need to book a full-paying ticket. Are there any facilities for wheelchair users? There are some areas which can accommodate wheelchairs. Please contact us at Himley.fireworks@dudley.gov.uk to discuss your particular requirements – spaces are limited and allocated on a first come-first served basis. Much of the surrounding of the Hall is grassed so therefore please consider the weather conditions prior to the event as this can become muddy in parts. Can I get a refund? No refunds will be given unless the event is cancelled. Will there be refreshments available? Yes. Food outlets will be available across the park and as part of the night market. No alcohol will be sold in the park other than the premium viewing area where tickets have to be pre-booked in advance. Are there toilet facilities? Yes. There are toilet facilities available including accessible toilets. Can I bring alcohol into the park? No. Searches will be undertaken by security and any alcohol found will be confiscated. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry or ejected from the park. Are bicycles allowed onto the site during the event? No. Are dogs allowed at the event? No. Assistance dogs only.
