Weekend Tickets

Full adult weekend ticket: For anyone aged 16 and older. All weekend tickets include camping in our standard campsites with entry from 10am Friday 2nd August.

Release is only related to when the tickets are released, there are not different adult weekend offerings. Teen 11-15 weekend tickets must be accompanied by a ticket holding parent of guardian over the age of 21. ID will be checked on entry to the festival and entry will be refused to those without a parent / guardian.

Please note, Kendal Calling takes place in the beautiful Lake District and as such, may prove demanding due to the topography the festival takes place on.

Thursday Add-on Tickets

Only valid in conjunction with a weekend ticket. Entry will not be permitted to those with ONLY a Thursday add-on. You need a Thursday add-on to access anywhere on the festival grounds including campsites and the arena on the Thursday.

This extra ticket entitles you to enter the festival on Thursday 31st of July, a day earlier than the Weekend Camping ticket

We will be opening the campsite at 9am Thursday for all you keen festival goers. Children 5 and under can attend free but must have a Thursday under 5 ticket. If you purchase a Thursday ticket and have an accommodation or car park booking, this will be available to use from the Thursday.

Once you have a Thursday ticket, this automatically extends any of your camping upgrades such as Emperors Field, Deer Lodge, Great Plains or Tangerine Fields and any parking to be available for use from Thursday.

Car Park - General

This is required for all vehicles wishing to park at the festival including motorbikes, please purchase in advance this will speed up entry to the festival. £20 in advance & £35 on the door.

Please note, these parking passes are for general camping only. Emperors Fields, Great Plains Tangerine Fields or Deer Lodge guests can purchase the relevant parking pass on the Accomodation tab.

Emperors Fields

The much loved Emperor's fields for those who like a few extra creature comforts. Includes complimentary parking, separate arena entrance, free hot showers, compost toilets and extra camping space. Emperor's fields has 3 areas which can be chosen on arrival: Late night owls, Family Fun & Early Risers.

Great Plains

The sister campsite of Emperos Fields features free hot showers, clean enviroloos, dedicated FREE car parking adjacent to the campsite (No lugging your tent for miles!) and impressive views of the Eden Valley. With an exclusive arena entrance for Great Plains and Deer Lodge Guests, this campsite is situated in one of the lower fields of the Deer Park and is just a 5 minute walk down from the arena.

Live in Vehicle

Valid only for live in vehicles, cars are not permitted in the live in vehicle field. Includes a pitch, compost toilets, water point & chemical disposal point.

All campervans, caravans, and trailer tents must have a live in vehicle pass. Each ticket includes a pitch of 7mx5m maximum.

One pass required per live in vehicle, not per person. Unsuitable vehilces such as unconverted vans will not be allowed entry to the live in vehilce fields, these will be redirected to the festival car park where sleeping in vehicles is prohibited. Suitable vehicles are those that have living accommodation with fitted sleeping and either fitted cooking or washing facilities. Only cars towing caravans will be permitted entry.

The Frontier Live in vehicle pass is our onsite/offsite live in vehicle field located near Lowther Castle and perfect for those campers looking for a quieter more relaxing nights sleep. We will be laying on a shuttle bus that will take you to the main Kendal Calling site until the small hours.Please note, there is an approx 20 minute walk to the arena.

Tangerine Fields

Travel lighter, greener and remove the tedium of packing away your tent after the festival has waved goodbye for another year. Book to stay with Tangerine Fields and your tent will be prepitched upon your arrival ready for your stay and simply walk away on the Monday morning with your toothbrush in hand.

The pre pitched tents are offered as either tent only or for the ultimate in care free, they can be booked to include sleeping bags and airbeds Simply select the unit that states (Inc Bedding) and all include use of the handy Pamper Parlour with its hairdryers, straighteners and tongues.

Please ensure you purchase a Tangerine Fields Car Parking pass in advance so you can park in the closest car park to your accommodation

Tangerine Bell

Tangerine Bells are located in the Tangerine Fields campsite. These pre pitched bell tents come either unfurnished or, to lighten the load even further, you can select to have air beds and sleeping bags included. Please note, the airbed and sleeping bag option comes with 2 x Double airbeds and 4 x Sleeping bags.

The Who

The Who is an attractive 2 person glamping tent hailing from the Netherlands. Together with a friend or your partner, this literally cool tent gives you the perfect base for the festival!

In the Who you sleep on 2 beds that are ready for you upon arrival. The Who measures 2.5 by 3 meters, which ensures that there is still room for your luggage next to your bed. The Who's biggest advantage really lies in the 2.2-meter-high double roof. Because there is an outer fabric over the roof, it absorbs most of the heat, keeping it nice and cool in the tent. Perfect for tropical temperatures!

The Queen

The Queen is a cozy 2 person glamping tent. Together with a friend or partner, this colorful tent gives you the perfect base for the festival!

In the Queen you sleep on 2 beds that are ready for you upon arrival. The Queen is 3.2 by 3.2 meters in size, which ensures that next to your bed there is also room for your luggage. The Queen's biggest advantage, however, is its height. With a highest point of 2.8 meters, this makes the Queen higher than the ceiling in the average bedroom! So there is plenty of room to dress, or undress.

Access Campsite - Luxury Bedouin Tent

This Option is only available to guests that have booked to stay in the Accessible Campsite

These impressive Arabian tents feel like a Sultan's lair. They are filled with so much luxury you'll never want to leave. Decorated with thick Persian rugs, hand printed Moroccan lining, metal frame beds and memory foam mattresses, Egyptian cotton bed linen and sumptuous duvets we wont blame you for drifting off into a Moroccan themed world of dreams.

The Bedouin Tent is suitable for up to 4 guests and can be provided with any combination of beds you require, it also includes 240V electrics, brass wall lanterns, dimmable lighting, clothes hanging rail, bed side tables, table and chairs, towels and toiletries. All Bedouin tents are 4.5 x 4.5m. Please note that the price of accomodation doesn't include the price of a full weekend festival ticket. Soap Opera

Soap Opera' is our posh showers & toilets located in the Village Green in General Camping, this is open from early evening Thursday and 7am Friday, Saturday & Sunday. The showers are open until 9pm with toilets open until 11pm daily. Please note, Emperors Fields, Great Plains, Tangerine Fields & Deer Lodge come inclusive with showers in their respective campsites. We do anticipate queues during peak hours.

The Green Room - Hosted By Howling Rhythm

We've never felt like a VIP area was very Kendal Calling however we were long asked for a more chilled out space where festival goers can remain part of the action but take a step back and relax. Introducing The Green Room! For the first time ever, we're opening up part of our VIP area to festival goers!

Hosted once again by our friends and party starters, Howling Rhythm - expect a laid back atmosphere with comfy sofas, a dedicated draught bar and curated playlists and DJ sets from 11pm.
